Karelia and Lalegno

Karelia

Karelia engineered wood floors are manufactured in Finland and have a thickness of 14mm in total. The floor boards are made out of three layers of timber.
The top layer is of 3.5mm thick hardwood (of your choice),  where the middle layer is of slowly grown coniferous timber,  movement of which is exceptionally low and rigidity extremely good. The bottom ply layer is of 2.0mm thick spruce veneer.

Moisture content of the product has been stabilised at the factory and stability is easily maintained by following the manufacturer’s recommendations for normal use. Karelia timber floors are suitable for underfloor heating systems.

All Karelia floors are environmentally friendly and sustainable certified (PEFC, M1 and ISO 14001) and carry  a 30 year limited residential warranty.

Refer to Karelia for further details.
